After Dismukes let himself, his team, his family and everyone else down with his behavior, it's really hard to give much thought to what he thinks. If he has said anything, he's even more of an idiot than he's already proven that he is.

The new coach always says the same things: Gonna work hard, turn things in the right direction, win championships. Then the athletic dept. makes a few players available who they know ahead of time will be 100% positive about the new regime. The guys are always "excited" and "ready to get to work." No one ever expresses any doubt or anxiety at all about the new guy.
Again, there really isn't any other way to do things, but the fact that you see the same thing play out no matter when or where a new coach is hired is amusing. The fans eat it up, but the fact is that he would be saying the same things if he were being introduced at Tennessee or Arkansas tonight.

Right, Delta Tiger. I think the speech is on Microsoft Office for Coaches. Just click on "coming" or "leaving". I was waiting for the old "110%" remark. I'm not falling for any more "coach speak". I hope Coach Malzahn can let his record do the talking by this time next year. Every team in America claims to out work every other team. We'll see. Off season work-outs, the A-Day game, and reports of pre-season workouts don't mean Jack. We'll all have to wait until next fall to see if Auburn made the right move. There will be many questions to be answered in the off season about assistant coach hires, recruiting, and resolution of NCAA rumors. As far as the NCAA stuff goes, it's like the flu. It comes up every year at recruiting time. One thing for sure, there is football news 12 months in the year. That's we always click on Undercover every morning. I'm pulling for Coach Malzahn to do a great job. I always did like him, and wish the best for him and Auburn. War Eagle.

Do you know anything about Nick Marshall, A JC QB out in Kansa. He is originally from Georgia and a UGA commit before leaving for JC. I hear he has a great career out there and wondering if Gus has recruited this kid before?
