Is it true that our basketball coaches have their hands tied by the University when it comes to recruting?????

Not Phillip, but alot of people have said Auburn wearing under Armour gives them a disadvantage recruiting AAU kids

Look at the list of Under Armour schools. Interesting to see that Maryland (signed in 2008 and the alma mater of UA founder Kevin Plank), Boston College and Temple are the only basketball schools with a national profile on the list. Have you looked at Maryland hoops lately? Boston College and Temple just signed last year (2012).
No evidence to say that the UA contracts do have an impact, and it isn't like all Nike schools are successful, but it does make you wonder.
