Finebaum is a marketing genius whether you like him or not. Panders to most delusional desperate fanbase in the country, and he leads them into making fools of themselves.

If it were pure entertainment, he would attack the news of the day no matter which team was involved. He doesn't do that. Paige, he says nothing there, move along. t-town incident, nothing there, move along. When has he done that about AU?

All clearly within your rights. Me, however, I spend too much time every day innundated with problems and stressors from both work and family. When 3PM rolls around I love tuning in to FBomb and just laughing at the people who are worse off than me.

I admit that I am guilty of listening to the show, but I do not take to seriously. I listen for entertainment (embarrassing to admit) and I enjoy some of his invited guests on the show.

He's a player - period. Entertainment? Sure, but we've had to be pulled back from each other on this board by PM and staff lest we degenerate into something akin to PF 'entertainment.'

The kicker for me was his continuing the thread one afternoon of all the sub-60 IQ bammers calling in saying the Auburn Tigerettes were university-paid whores. Remember this, about the same time as Updike became famous? He had a great time 'entertaining' his audience!

As the father of two daughters, I thought about these girls that were being slandered, and their parents. That was the last time I listened - no more PF for me. I never degraded myself to watch Springer; I don't need to stoop to that level listening to a 'sports' radio show.
