WE COMING . WAR EAGLE !
Thanks, Phillip for your article. It certainly puts things in perspective. It doesn't matter what team we pull for, or which school a player decides to play for...it really doesn't. What matters are the people we love and care for. I hugged my 23 year-old daughter, and called my 27 year-old son. I cried for those that were ripped from their families by this unspeakable evil.
Evil is present everywhere and it touches all of us. My prayer is for those families to know the comfort and peace that only God can give. Only God can help us deal with this.
It's great to be an Auburn Tiger!!!
I'm on the "Gus Bus" and loving the ride!
Phillip, you need say nothing more. Thank you for saying what you did, which is what we all believe and are feeling, I am sure.
What can one really say about unspeakable horror and unimaginable grief?
I am a father of 3 ranging in age now between 12 and 25, Frankly, I couldn't survive what happened today if those were my children, I just can't imagine how I would hold up and go on. I can only pray for all of my brothers and sisters out there and the departed little souls.
I would understand completely if Auburn247sports had a moratorium today on news and closed its site down to support those left behind. Football news is of the lowest priority today - and least of all DC's shenanigans.

"Auburn. I think of purity for some reason." - Lewis Grizzard
It is past time that this country grows up and behaves like the rest of the civilized countries on this planet.
It's a terrible tragity and as a resident of Connecticut it is too close to home. I know some families from Newtown but none that have children young enough to go to the school. My God comfort all those affected.
No words seem appropriate when trying to describe this situation or the pain and hurt caused by this tragic event.
