Florence, Frost, Grant and Blakely have the opportunity to be great. The new systems on both sides of the ball, as well as the new staff's ability to coach and give EVERYONE a fair chance should enhance the aforementioned players' talents; therfore, they should play lights out.

I would bet my money on KF being the frontrunner in that offense. He was successful as a prep and will be confident going into the spring. It's going to be great to watch the competition at that position. War Eagle, ya'll !!!

I was highly disappointed with Grant not getting much, if any, playing time last year. I couldn't understand that if he was the 'star of the spring' he didn't get any playing time. We were never told why - not sure the question was asked, and if it was, don't recall the answer. At any rate, with the season going down the tubes early on, it would seem that the coaches would've tried anything - anyone - to get some life into the offense. It reminds me of Tubs days when good players were 'in the doghouse' for who-knows-what. Though CGC never called it that, he wasn't very forthright on why good players weren't playing. If they were 'in the doghouse', say so. If they're hurt - say so. If you don't like them - say so. Just don't leave us guessing the worst when a short truthful sentence would suffice. I do hope CGM is more truthful and forthright when it comes to why folks aren't playing. WDE!!

Definitely sounds like OMac, "I can beat you to the sideline!" On the bright side, that speed was definitely a plus when he could get into the open field!!!

I didn't follow recruiting as closely the last few years. I would love to see something similar to this for the 10 and 12 class if you ever have the time.
