Phillip, You have hinted that the offense was dysfunctional as well as the team and that it started at the top. I know that you can't go into alot of specifics, but, would you mind elaborating a bit on what transpired. I got the impression that CGC lost all control of his assistants and players. I also got the impression that he had difficulty in tempering his ego after the national championship. I could be totally off base, but you would know better than any of us. However, I'm glad it is a new day and that there does seem to be some light at the end of the tunnel.

What I can't understand is why the man that hired GC still has a job. When he was hired, it was very unpopular with the fans. In the corporate world, when somebody takes a big risk with somebody and it doesn't work out, they are fired. Just look at all of the NFL GM's that were fired this year.
