Phillip, it is time to buy a Mac... It will work more like you expect it to... learning curve is very low... the OS is less prone to viruses and yes it is more expensive, but I refer back to point #1

Phillip, Like you, I recently bought an ASUS laptop with Windows 8. Couldn't make heads nor tails out of Windows8 so I wound up paying $125 to get Windows7 installed. I'm one of the few that takes a computer to the shop for a downgrade, and pays for it, to book.

What many mau not know is that Tre Mason gained more yardage than Alabama's Lacey in the regular season. That is an unbelievable stat given the disparity in teams and O=lines.

Or a tutorial linking him to how to do a registry edit "hack" that puts the start button on there. I am using Windows 8 right now and I love it. I don't love it more than Windows 7 at all but it is very usable and very good with resources and especially the FX Processor from AMD. I work with Forensics/Cyber Security and while a Mac is a decent piece of pretty hardware, that is about all it is. They may not get traditional viruses but they get hit with Trojans and Adobe Flash attacks a lot of the time.

As someone who worked and owned a web hosting company buy an Apple. It will save you money in the long run and it is user friendly . Go with MAC and you will never go back!

Get and run malwarebytes... then backup everything important... format the whole thing.. re-install and viola a better running old computer.
Should take about 6 hours

Nerds! Anyway, I agree about Tre Mason. He looked really good playing behind Dyer in 2011 and didn't seem to miss a beat when Dyer sat out of the bowl game. I like the guys coming in and think they will mesh well, but I see Mason being at the top of the SEC.

Yes you can buy a copy of Microsoft Office for the Mac or install software to run a virtual machine on the PC side. I use VM Ware Fusion 5 with a copy of Windows 7 installed on it to do my bookkeeping. Or, if you want to go the shareware route, download a copy of NeoOffice for $10 and it does everything practically Office does.
