The money, tv, fans, boosters, administration and coaches and they are all insane. All so kids can run on a field chasing an ob-longed ball in front of millions of people. Man I love it.

I guess I forgot Bowden and Dumbose were that close to SEC championship when they were ousted. Hard to imagine winning or almost winning the championship and being let go or run off the next season.

Andy said it best. " I finally figer out what it was that they was a doin. Both groups of them boys want that funny looking punkin they was a playin with. What it was was football has always made me laugh. But today, it is great to see some positives comin through in cyber space. WDE.

Unfortunately, you don't necessarily have to be that successful, just make it to be a HC in the SEC and you're set for life. Have a little success, get an extension to your contract with a huge buyout, then it doesn't matter, you'll be set for two (or three) lives. I agree with ronboeagle, it would be nice for some of it to stay the same or at least almost the same. For instance, I liked it when we had a coach for 10 + years.
