Oh yes, Malzahn is doing some of the stitching referenced by another but quietly realize that he couldn't do as much at many places. Auburn is an attraction and has been for many years. It's why peopl;e that have graduated more than a half century ago have their deep seated Auburn feeling. Football is important to us. . Phillip has mentioned many times that Auburn Football has been revived many times after bad luck or leadership has caused it to fail. Yes, Auburn is more than football to thousands-believe it. That may be noticed by more thousands. It may not be popular, but I'll say it anyway. Ramsey Hall is as important to many of us as the Cathedral of Notre Dame is to any Catholic. Why? Because we found a life in Ramsey that we never would have had if Ramsey wasn't there. Could it have been found anywhere? To some; yes. To others; not by a long shot.

My dad was a wonderful man and he died last year at 66. Auburn football has always been a way to cheer me up if times were rough - 2012 was not a good year for me.
As long as we see signs for hope, football will be fun again. Right now, some gashes are being stitched up at Auburn. War eagle boys!

Yesterday wasn't a good day it was a great day for Auburn football!! I was one of those that was somewhat skeptical about the Gus hire now I am more excited about the future of Auburn Football than I have been in quite sometime.

Phillip, thanks for your wise commentary. Can you summarize the difference in the duties of the Associate Head Coach and the Assistant Head Coach. I know that Trooper had one of those titles. Did he have any special authority or extra jobs because of that title?
