Cameron Toney is a pretty big fellow, im glad to see him in AUBURN. Its just something about his energy that have me thinking he'll do GREAT THINGS in an Auburn uniform. I don't think he gets the recognition he deserves because he isn't a 5 star but neither was Marcus McNeal, Ben Grubbs, and Karlos Dansby and we know what they did for Auburn and beyond. Happy for all recruits and hope they had a blast during their visit on the plains.

Was the facemask black? I thought it was just the lighting that made it that way. Pls dont let us continue the old " we are going to wear black now" fad

Love the helmets, too. Updated look without drastic change. Still keeps the AU spirit - bet they're a lot safer, too. We need to bring the look into the 21st century without losing our identity. I don't think we have to worry about going the "Oregon" look but we need some subtle changes.

Auburn does change for the good at times, in uniforms. Wow. That was poorly written...

The Bowden years changes weren't that popular. I think they added an orange accent to the numbers or something along those lines.

I still love the mesh net look from the Sullivan days. The tear away jerseys were cool at the beginning of the games.

Yep, they used a "drop letter" scheme on the numbers. Still have my Russell Athletics navy blue jersey from those days. I prefer the traditional look but I warmed up to the Bowden era jersey. For some reason I think he also had them change the face masks to orange.
