The Bodda Getta

Used to work at Brand X and Brick Oven, I lived off pizza for years.

One summer (1980) my aid was cut...to zero. I painted apartments on the weekends to make cash and sold my dorm size fridge and my high school class ring (gold was at a record high that summer). The cash went for tuition and rent first, then for the following staple of food: I ate pb sammiches and ate tuna in a can...pretty much all summer. The rest went to beer and popcorn. Let's just say I didn't get much beer or popcorn. My (future) wife even bought me the latest Nike's...plain white canvas with the light blue swoosh.
