1. Walter Payton. I’m a big Bears fan. He NEVER but himself before the team. You can say the same about most RB’s but give him the Cowboys line in the 90’s and what does he do? Keep in mind that he would rather make a block on a Matt Suhey TD than score himself.

Yes, others may have more deserved folks such as Jackie Robinson, Hank Aaron, etc, but the above three are mine so feel free to poke holes where you feel they need poking.
I was going to mark subscribers only in case Ingram showed up although I have no problem with someone like Derrick Thomas making the list. After all, it is a SPORTS question vice an O&B question.
