OT Fishing Trip

Just finished a wonderful annual boys trip with my Dad and Brother fishing the White River in NW Arkansas, due east of Fayetteville. This outfit is a class act. Over two days (the first fly and second with open face reels) we caught over 100 trout. Five brown and 95 rainbow. If any of The Family were simply interested in a fishing trip or considered adding a FT to the next time AU ventured to Arkansas it is a wonderful adventure. Rainbow Drive Resort on the White River. Also it is about 2.5 to 3 hrs from little rock.

thanks for the info. My best friend and I take a fishing trip every 2 years to someplace we can't normally go, our wives call it our "Man Trip". We went to Crane Lake, Minnesota earlier this month and fished in Canada for a week. Great trip! caught Northern Pike, Walleye, and Small Mouth Bass.

Guided trip. The outfit offers deals down on the Spartan end all the way up to the "Dude Ranch" experience.

Went there about 12 years ago. Had a similar experience where we caught over 200 trout. Great place and great scenery.

I love that you guys put this kind of thing on the boards . This sounds like a trip I would like to make with my sons. a single mom does not often know where to look for good adventures for boys/men.
