He is the only coach we are considering that literally has it all. He's a winner as a head coach at a major program. He is a top recruiter and recruits the same kids that Auburn does. He knows and loves Auburn. He is a great fit with Auburn and is a great person and family man. He has been a part of a NC and he knows exactly what he is getting into going against in Saban. Also, like it or not, he has learned from the two best coaches in the past 25 years. Pay the guy whatever it takes and give him even more control than Chizik had. If he turns down 4.5M, well at least we tried... I don't think he'll turn it down.

it wasn't terry bowden it was Bobby and Saban. However i am in agreement. i have not been impressed. i did not like his option runs but it probably would have helped us out this year to go back to the veer.
