I've been cirtical of the hire, not because I don't think GM is a good coach or even a good man, but because the culture in the locker room is so bad. For me, his first year will not be about wins and losses. It will be about winning the current players over, recruiting and DEVELOPING the players on the team. It will be about getting these guys to believe in a common goal and doing what it takes to achieve that goal. It will be about getting these guys to play with heart and motivation, which was lacking so much this past season. I want to see the guys improve week to week and play for each other. I want the defense to want to play hard because they believe in the offense. I want the offense to believe in the defense even when they give up a touchdown. What I want to see is a TEAM. I don't know how the GM hire will turn out, but I really and truly hope he does well for Auburn. JMO.

I really do love Auburn and if I've irritated some of you with my posts, I'm sorry for my negativity.

The chance of us winning ten next year is exceedingly low, but I think we could win 9 if the ball bounces our way 100% of the time.
