My son has always loved Pat Dye. We met him at Senior Bowl practice the year Bo played in it. Coach Dye was so nice to my son, and he never forgot it. He has always wanted an AU hat, navy blue with the orange A on the front, like Coach Dye wore. I have looked everywhere to find one, with no success. I found a navy knit hat with the orange A on it, and gave it to him for Christmas. He plans on wearing it once he loses his hair during treatment. But for obvious reasons, I would love to find the cap. Does anyone know where i might find one?
I still have the one I bought in 83. It's been wore a lot , and now it's put up. I'll post a pic when I get home. I'd love to have a new one like it also if you find one.
