Auburn waited too long last year to get the OL that is the son of a former Auburn player. I believe he had already committed to Stanford before they offered. Those guys don't have the option to lay down or quit. The family name is now riding on their performance.

When i met and talked to this kid at the hotel the night before the All-star game, he told me how Chizik and co. were just spinning him around and he did not appreciate it one bit. sometimes they would tell him they want him, sometimes they would tell him to wait a little bit while they do more evaluations. Really good kid though. Its good to see Malzahn is repairing his relationship with AU that was damaged by the last staff. He also said that he believes he can take on and beat any D-lineman in the country regardless of stars.

BM do u think the Quissenberry receiver/TE is getting a look. Saw him play in the miss/al game and make the one handed catch. I saw him do that several times and then was moved to QB his senior yr and did a great job with that. I think he is a much better receiver and could be another Lutz.
