I think this hard JC push shows what this staff thinks of the previous staffs recuiting results. They are trying to correct a lot of talent/effort deficiencies quickly. Unfortunately this is neccesary at this time. This is also why people should not get too concerned about some decommits. Some of them would not have been recruited by the current staff.
