We need linebackers in the worst way. RF knows that and with all the factors involved, he probably knows he will be with AU. He can come in and play as a freshman. That is big with these young men. Coming signing day, CGM will stroke that ego a little bit.

I've always thought making a choice of college too early a bad mistake. Keep your favorites to yourself and wait. You never know what will happen. Foster is obviously a very emotionally involved young man. He is passionate which when channeled will be great. Heck he talks a thousand miles an hour! After he gets settled and over the firings I think he will make a decision to come to Auburn.

I think a lot of the AU faithful are missing something with Rueben. What makes him so great as a player is not just his athletic ability and size but more so his heart. He emotionally ties himself to what he loves and the situation at AU basically broke his heart. He reacted like most young men by making an emotional decision. His mother will help him with that but the key to winning him back will be to again win his trust. He has every right - like all the recruits - to feel like he was mislead as previous coaching staff indicated throughout that they would be intact next year. Come on, once GK and the coaches were suddenly gone, I don't blame any of the young men for feeling let down. Rueben and all of our recruits are special because of heart and we need to win that back. The "Gus Bus" can do this as he and his team are sincere in their efforts. This will eventually win out as our recruits want to be at AU in their hearts. WDE....

Foster has to decide what is best for him. I truly hope it is Auburn, but I understand his need to slow down and think this thing through. This is a very big decision for any young man in Ruben's position.
