What about Foster? I worry about him a but since Trooper will not be retained. He is a major need for us in my opinion so I'm hoping we can hold on to him. Bryan has anyone talked to him after Trooper was let go?

I think there's a good chance Auburn will offer Cook. I'm sure they'll wait for Ellis to get settled in, evaluate what he has and needs at Auburn, and make decisions on what direction to go.

Sometimes you need to offer the kid that loves the school...case in point, my daughter is a D1 level volleyball player...wanted Auburn MORE than anything and is willing to come there free...expressed that to coaches, but they say they "don't have room" so she committed elsewhere...she will come to Auburn for her Masters when she is done!!!

Honestly, I think the people CGM has called and visited says as much as the ones he didn't call or go see. Were I one of the kids he hadn't called, I think I'd be looking elsewhere, too. I'm sure CGM wants to recruit his own folks, or at least those he had contacted from ASU or really wanted but knew he didn't stand a chance at from there. Knowing that makes me feel better about the RF situation. If CGM didn't contact him early on, there was a reason, and I'm willing to give CGM the benefit of the doubt as to his reasoning. We'll get our share anyhow! WDE!!
