I'd rather have a seasoned veteran teaching fundamentals than a towel waver telling me every year a WR and RB are going to break records.

I'll take experience and chemistry with other coaches, I don't care if you are 25 or 80. You can bring a the biggest name coaching staff together if they are butting heads it does you no good. This is why you see such a young well developed OC that CGM knows he can trust.
