I thought all eleven of the Pittsburgh Steelers' defenders in the 70's were already IN the NFL, instead of headed to the NFL!?!?! Hey, just sayin'.

Is there any real hope of AU signing Vonn Bell, and if not who do you think is the next top safety we are looking at for this class?

I like this kid more and more every time he is interviewed. Very rare to have a kid with so much attention and hype towards them and still be so humble. IMO says a ton about his parents and how he was raised. Exactly the type of players that make Auburn so special! With recruits like Lawson, the future is very bright for our beloved Tigers! War Eagle Mr. Lawson!!!

Of course there's hope. Auburn has already made the cut from about 30 or so offers. I expect he'll be back for a couple of more visits this summer/fall. Auburn is still recruiting and evaluating a number of safeties including Lemond Johnson, who was here for Big Cat and I'll have a story on tomorrow morning.
