1. He is an elite Defensive Coach, and that's the foundation for championships!
2. He can recruit head-to-head with anyone! That said, he keeps our current Defensive class together...possibly even getting us closer to Vonn Bell, and a few others!
*As for Petrino, he doesn't recruit defense very-well. His Offense looks great against normal teams, but has always tended to get shut down by the elite Defensive units 3. He's young, could build "his" program the way he wants, and become a legend!
(To those who cry "no bammer coach", please give us some logical reason(s) to consider why you think he wouldn't be great. Heck, I'd go get him just based on reason #2...holding our current class together!)
Pat Dye was a "bammer coach". Look how that truned out!!
