Lane Kiffin says Cam Newton didn't ask for money while he was coaching at Tennessee

Funny...seems from all the teams that the Newtons visited during visits, only problem is coming from Miss St.....Stoops and now Kiffin have no problems during visits for illegal money requests...Miss St. is the school than needs to be investigated, why is John Bond talking to recruits about attending their school....is he not a booster? Thanks for Bob and Lane for stepping up for their schools.....

I hate to quote Lane Kiffin...but what a great quote that will of course go unnoticed by all of the so called experts.

Funny to think about - but Auburn, Tennessee, and Oklahoma are all desirable destinations for football players. Starkville, not so much. It's much more likely that Stark-vegas would have to try and pay players to come there than you would in Norman, K-ville, or Auburn...kids are lining up to play there, more often than not.

Exactly! So, according to Mullen, only coaches are recruiters, huh? What does that make Bond and Rogers?

Should we read between the lines here? Kiffin said Newton did not ask for money. But Kiffin never said he did not offer money to Newton.
