1. Given the outstanding punt returner that OR has, what will be the impact of AU having a very weak punter? Since we don't kick the ball very far, will that actually help us? Or will the low hang time hurt us?
2. Will Auburn's defense play in the first half like it did against SC in the SEC championship game? Heaven help us if they are missing in action in the first half as they were in most games this year--even late in the season, as in GA and UA.
3. No question about it, most of the nation hates the SEC. The Big Ten especially hates the SEC. This game features an upcoming "clean" team from the hip Northwest, against a hated SEC team. Oregon will be the popular favored choice among the national public. We have Big Ten officials for the game. In a perfect world there is no such thing as prejudice and discrimination. We don't live in a perfect world. Some key calls that go the wrong way could wreak havoc for Auburn.
4. I hope we come out and just beat the hell out of OR. I don't care if it hurts ratings and only the AU fans are left watching.
