Can't possibly amaze you any more.
AJ McCarron tops the list of the Best of Birmingham 2012 (as voted by their readership) as the top athlete . Who did he beat out? Bo Jackson, Charles Barkley and that amazing athlete Jay Barker came in 5th.
Also, Outback beat out Ruth Chris, Flemings and Highlands Bar and Grill for best steak.
Look for the new ESPN 30/30 on AJ coming out soon.

I have eaten in hundreds of steak houses in the US, South America, Japan and Europe over the past 40 years. By far my favorite is the Metropolitan Grill in Seattle. If you ever get to Seattle try it.

The Bama Brag Sheet (Hville Times Sports Page) had their quota of UA-ND love today, but scored with only a reference to their web site, for any AU scum who expected to read about their school's atheletic program. A quite day, but still two pages on BCS. I'd bet that the AU NC year they had no more than a quarter of this level of coverage. Makes you wonder why we read that piece of crap. Started to write and say we have a better source anyway than there web page, but remembered I did right after PM started AUC. Still sad to know they don't even care what we call them. Oh well, on with life.
