I'll never understand the popularity of "shock jocks". Why do people enjoy being offended?

I listen to the show but I am about to stop. I cannot tolerate longshore. He dogs Auburn on everything they do. He is such a bamer homer. He never graduated from there? This figures as that is like most of their fan base. I liked it this morning when he said it did not matter who bamer got for OC becuase everyone knows who is in charge there. Like CGC has no control over the Auburn program. Barry McKnight just sits there and takes it from John. Most of the callers jump on the liongshore bandwaggon, it is sickening. Jeff from Billingsley is a serious retard who is most likely some redneck that lives in the woods and thinks he knows everything going on at bamer and Auburn. This morning was funny when Barry aked Jeff if he could name any team's OC. Of course he could not. What idiots. finecrap and longshore are morons that cater to the bamer fan base and script calls.

Right, but at the end of the day, the criticism takes on a different tone...and purpose.
