Look at all the players the ravens are losing because of it. I am not saying he shouldn't have been paid...but not the highest contract in NFL history that is absurd...

Going in to some of the patriots seasons they had what looked like nobody. Then they won the damn thing!
When you get a franchise QB. Pay him, they don't come along every year.

Making assumptions about what may happen is short sighted to say the least. And in this case, the mans last public sighting he was holding the Lombardi knowing he was gonna get rich!

Plus Boldin made Flacco he is gone now. Boldin saved Flacco so many times by going up and grabbing the passes that were clearly just thrown up and hoping he would catch it.

In the learn something new every day category....I never said he was the ONLY WR...he was clearly the best WR they had and a top 5 WR in the league....losing him is going to hurt that offense badly.

Flacco has less of a cap hit than Boldin this year. His contract is completely backloaded. It has nothing to do with them losing all the players. Players like Kruger and Ellerbee arent worth anything close to what they got in free agency.I would not doubt what that front office does at all even if their gm is some bammer.
