Jonathan Dennis - popular poster jadennis on this board - writes his first Auburn Undercover column today. Jonathan has remarkable knowledge of Auburn history and statistics. He lives now in San Antonio, Texas.
Here's what he has to say about himself:
"I was born and raised in Atlanta and was in Auburn from 1993 to 1997. I moved back and worked in Auburn as sales director at APR (Audi Performance & Racing) from 2002 to 2003, before moving out here to Texas to be closer to my wife's family. I have two daughters, Caroline, age 3-1/2, and Georgia (for you Dawg haters, I didn't pick the name, but I do like it) who is 5 months. I intend for both girls to attend Auburn, one on a soccer scholarship and the other on an academic scholarship. I follow just about all sports, but obviously Auburn football is my number one passion. I also enjoy history and numbers, and often find myself applying both to analyze things in the sport I love, college football."
Jonathan will share his knowledge and thoughts with us each Thursday. I thiknk you'll like what he has to offer.

Excellent article. Interesting stats. It's amazing that during this past year it was never mentioned that Auburn wasn't exactly a newcomer to big time college football. The national media played it up like Auburn wasn't a program accustomed to winning.

I've thought from years ago that Shug had as good a record against the Bear as anyone but never saw the stats, which made it easier for me to believe. Have you those stats?
