  • It's the only way and not because of him personally and his geniune affection for AU, but because the program deserves evaluation and possibly a change. Change can only be contemplated with a new boss. No remotely qualified coach will consider coming to AU with a lame duck AD. It's that simple and the ONLY way forward.
