That is dumb and is an absolute crock that you think a 3 star or less is not a worthy contributor. I made a few comments the last month or two that Sunshine Pumpers did not like and down voted me for it. But I have always (95% of the time) received multiple up votes. I have three stars because of a comment I made regarding Bama. The 247 Bama members did not like it and I received 187 negative votes. At that time any 247 member could vote. Shortly after the policy changed and this practice was stopped. So don't put that EXTREME OR NEGATIVE TAG ON ME. I am most likely 10 times the fan you ever could be and I find your comment very offensive and very uneducated at best.
I am going to request that this particular comment and the negative votes be redacted from my record and then we'll see if I am a 3 star then. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. I think the practice of down voting should be eliminated. It is very childish.
