In today's world, why would anyone use a plane? It just seems skype or some other meeting program would be the way things are done today. Assuming a phone call is not good enough.

So in these processes is it generally the agents that complicate and extend the process in attempts to get the best deal? I remember something about CGC agreeing to the deal without a agent initially. Is this what propelled him to the front last time? With AU needing to get it right more than ever or the appearance of such pressure, will that mean the process will potentially be longer because of power moves? Or does it mean a candidate like BP is more attractive because the leverage is more equal? Or do leverage issue come into the final stages of negotiations?
You are about to decide whether or not the person is to be offered a multi-million dollar job and trusting in him to guide your program. Thats way too important to video chat for a bit.
