He couldn't even remember our coach's name. I think that tells me all I need to know where the kid is going as of now. However, there's a lot of time between now and then so let's just wait and see what happens. Gus may offer him some kind of offensive position since he is such a versatile athlete. Auburn will start picking up steam when kids seeing our team starting to make drastic improvements on the field. Right now, we've got a whole lot of top rated recruits that have not lived up to their hype. We have to change that to keep bringing in top rated talent. I think and also hope that kids will start looking at Auburn differently as the season goes along for us.

Bama for sure. I hate it because he's gonna be a great player but I think its obvious enough that he chooses the Turds.
Definitely not holding my breath on this kid. Let's face it, Bama puts safeties and corners in the NFL yearly, AU does not.
Sounds like he is really a Bama Lean
GREAT interview KN.......really like the way that you ask the tough questions and get answers.
When asked if he was leaning now to one or the other, he backed off and Keith said that sounds like a yes to me. I believe the lean is toward Alabama now because of the National Championships, Saban, the friends he has there, the defensive backs they put into the league and his proximity to Alabama. If he was a lean to us before the deconstruction of the previous staff, why would that make him a lean now? It seems to me that it would produce the opposite effect on him because no one likes the uncertainty of change. Of course, he also said he is leaning on God and family in his decision and that could lead him to Auburn, whether he can remember Gus' name or not. The things he has done for his family while starring in football are so impressive to me, he is the most important person left on the board from a character and ability standpoint.
