While considering Smart think of how awful our personnel will be in a 3-4 defense as we don't have enough linebackers to run a 4-3. Will be a difficult transition into generally the same scheme our 2 rivals employ. Could work out, but will be at least another LONG season for AU if so. That said, I'll take him over Gus.
