Look you small minded back woods trash, I probably know more about football than you have forgotten. I can work, take care of my family, and watch and break down a game better than half the "men" on this board. If you think that you having that little thing between your legs makes you smarter than me when it comes to football then your brain is smaller than it. Idiot.
Anyway~for the OP, I will support him. I am weary of him but I feel he is humbled and learned a valuable lesson and will be more grateful for a job and thankful to the AD that gives him a shot. I think he may be even better of a coach for the experience. The perception of Auburn can't get much worse anyway at this point and winning cures all.

You tell 'em Sam!!! I would also like to have one on one conversations with some of the posters on this board. I could tell all of them a few things about the game of football. I was raised watching football games!!!

My wife says bring him on. She says you can't blame the affair on just him, women know how to play men to get what they want. The lying to the superiors is his fault. Kinda scares me her saying this considreing we've been married 30 years. WDE!!

Absolutely. Get the best coach available and win, baby, win. When making this hire, I would place work ethic, raw coaching ability, and discipline over being a nice guy right now. That being said, I will still be very surprised if it happens. As far as a T-shirt with that saying, um, no - it sounds extremely tacky.

McTiny is wrong. If it weren't for a man and woman's opinion about football we wouldn't be having this conversation. I did NOT support the Chizik hire, not because of him being a "good man," but because he had not demonstrated he was a top notch head coach. That said, Petrino has demonstrated he is and possibly could be even a better head coach with what he would have to work with at AU. I would support Petrino.
