In MY opinion, its the strongest DL class in the country. I'd like to see one, at this point, that is better. I have to give credit to CBVG for the early defensive commits we have at this point. Pelton gets credit too.

Coach Pelton is a very good fundamentals teacher. IF you look at our D-line as a whole they have improved each week under him. The problem the team has had mostly, last season, those guys had to gain experience. Unfortunately you can only gain experience on the field. It also didn't help any that the defensive system was flawed the last couple years. Vangorder's system will let the d-line be aggressive(attacking the line of scrimmage) like Pelton and Rocker were in college.

There is certainly a lot of "we" being used in these responses and I suppose that is OK and natural enough . There wasn't a lot of "we," except said as subjects of negative statements when Jay Jacobs hired Chizik. "We" aren't recruiting far and wide. Neither is the Chizik staff. Gene Chizik is the guy that's responsible for the staff, and is the one force Auburn should recognize now, should have when he was hired, should have when he was deep into the recruiting cycle before Loeffler, VanGorder, and Martinique were hired, and should have when so many were talking defenses, that would have cured the troubles in 2009 and early 2010. Chizik was curing those Tubverville gifts with fortitude, good coaching with a staff no one believed was as good as they were. If your words didn't reflect all of that, you have no reason to sing, "WE." And some of the same names I see above, didn't. Some of you learned to say "we" very quickly. Makes me believe that's
all you know how to do, and have plenty of practice at switching to winners when the race is over. Why do I say this? Think you may benefit a much as I did when my &ss was exposed. Humility is a great teacher. Tough? Yep. Fair? That too.

Well said. "All in" means all in , not just when things are going well. If you cut and run in tough times you ain't "All in"
