of the doghouse that apparently they were in last year that kept them off the field. Maybe this year playing time will be rewarded because of merit not favoritism. Its hard to fathom why seemingly more talented players remained on the sidelines when ineffective players kept taking the field.

True. Yet you have some curs, some mutts, and some with registered papers. My point is this when you want to win the Kentucky Derby you can't do it riding a mule. Too many mutts saw the field because they were apparently more "friendly" with their "handlers". I hate to reference the Bear but he said it well "It's not the size of the dog in the fight. it' the size of the fight in the dog". Maybe this staff can teach some old dogs some new tricks like blocking, tackling, discipline, and teamwork.



Hard to argue with that.
