    Good point. It is one thing to get them to come down, and quite another to get them to flip. I think I know how Bama does it (hint: they don't allow the filpees to discuss what is going on, in public; and I think a word like "honey" is involved). I sure hope this turns out to be more than PR (al la BIG Cat) endeavor. We need top level players, not the good-will of other team's signees.

Auburn has a storied tradition that the 2010 championship only adds to. 1) 9th in past 30 and past 50 years in NCAA in wins and winning percentage, etc. etc. Our staff and program need to promote that as much as possible. I get a kick out of hearing people talk about how difficult it is going to be for Auburn to win in the SEC West. Tell me was it difficult all these years and back in the day when we finished every season with Florida, Georgia and Alabama and played Tenn every year. Of course, it always has been and even with all the high level of competition Auburn, historically has more than held their own.

    Just remember, these kids were only 14 or 15 in 2010. Unless their parents are diehard AU fans, then it's very possible that they're unfamiliar with all things AU. If they weren't, then I think it's very Likely that they're unfamiliar with Auburn's storied history. For these kids, they're football "history" only goes Back to 2010.
