I doubt whether he understands "commitment." Mentioned he is "verbally" committed which seems like it is not a strong commitment. I wouldn't put all my beans in his basket. We do also have Jason Smith who is more an athlete. If there is a very good Junior College QB out there (and it appears there are still a few), methinks it's time now to go after him.

I disagree. He understands a verbal commitment, which is all we have from any player right now. As other posters have stated, you want recruits to take all their visits so they know they are making the right decision. It's our coaching staff's responsibility to step up their game as recruiters if they want to keep him. To make it more personnel and call an individuals understanding into question is over the top. In fact, to say he doesn't understand "commitment" because he is doing what he is supposed to do sounds like a no win arguement. Sounds more like he isn't doing what some fans want him to do but that is just the way it goes in the real world.
