Game against Texas in the early 80's. Game started about 1:30 PM. Heat in high 90's or low 100's in the stands. Clear skies without any clouds. Consessions sold out by halftime, no ice, no water, no soda, no lemonade, nothing to drink. And Auburn lost.

Southern Cal at Auburn 2003 was the hottest game I can remember, plus we did not play well.

Tennessee 1986 doesn't get a lot of mention, but it was blazing hot. This was while the East Upper Deck was under construction, and many season ticket holders had seats that were in the construction zone. So, a lot of people were sitting in the aisles, and they couldn't be run off because they could rightfully say "I have a ticket, but you won't let me sit in my seat, so where should I go?"

I had what should have been a great seat: 50-yard line, top row of the lower level. And watching the game was great. But getting down the stairs was impossible and a major pain; the Coke vendors couldn't get UP the stairs, which was much worse. I have never been that thirsty at a game before, or since.
