The 'overflow of his joy' could have been poured out on his own teammates... not on taunting the opposing team's students and fans. There is no room for that in sports... let alone college sports!

I know the 61 year old real well and he and his family are top notch Auburn people and i am sure he was protecting both his Dad and Au from that punk. If Jr. Miss doesn't sit henderson at least a game, then they should review what they stand for!

this really isn't a whole lot different than cam running around bryant denny after the iron bowl; big difference is the uniform the two are wearing.
the announcers made comments regarding the things the student section was saying to heckle the kid the whole game; said some stuff was humorous and part of playing on the road and said other remarks couldnt be repeated on television.
cut the kid some slack

biggest difference is space between court/field and fans. Jr. Miss guy was a couple feet from my friend and his 90 year old dad, Cam was about 15 yards from gumps and oh yea, the classy pregame stuff at bammer didn't help curb any after game joy, that's for sure!!

This is an every game thing for him. This is what the Knoxville press said after Ole Miss played UT.
Marshall Henderson:
" He disrespected the Vols in their house in a manner in which I’ve never seen before. And it was deplorable. The kid’s got serious talent, but he’s also a serious punk. One who’s got broken nose stamped all over his forehead. He’s lucky he didn’t wind up on the wrong end of one of Yemi’s pointy elbows, but something tells me that if his boorish behavior continues, that luck will eventually run out. Which is why I took the liberty of touching up a picture of Marshall going nuts after hitting a three against the Vols (despite the fact that the game was already well in hand)."
