Sounds very familiar do what we heard fans say about the chizik staff

To be fair, that was a top notch staff. At least the first one, then Chiz got in his own way.

I am really excited about this staff but will keep quiet until we see what type of product hits the field this fall & every fall after. If they can change the culture & field a hard nosed, never quit team that plays with excellent fundamentals & discipline year after year then we are in business.

I think that on paper, this staff has to be up there with one of the top 10 in the country. Again that is on paper, and a lot of it is due to "star power" in the names and track records attached. Some people comparing it to Chizik's, I disagree. I was never blown away by that staff, just thought it had a few gems. With Malzahn's every hire I stand up cheering.

Now hypothetical and actual can be different, so lets just hope that when these guys get ahold of our boys and get to work that the product on the field starts looking like we all hope! However, my faith is high that things are going to be very very very awesome for us very very very soon.
