I'm pretty sure it's real...that is definitely updyke's voice.
I"m not a lawyer, but I never heard an admission of guilt regarding the poisoning of the trees. Certainly no remorse, but I didn't hear him admit that he did it.
It won't matter if he admits it or not...admitted it live on the radio, and he hasn't denied it was him who made the call.

According to WarBloggle, Updyke got on the site and made a comment about him posting the video to his blog and that the DA in Lee County saw the video and now the plea bargain has been upped from 13 to 35 years!
I completely believe this video is true, and love everything about it aside from the language and the way he worded his last facebook comment. Stinkin Updykes...
