Interesting. From the Liner comments I take it the coaches you talked with were from South Alabama. Muscle Shoals was probably in the toughest region in all of 5A: last year's state champ Hartselle and frequent top 10 teams Cullman and Russellville were in that region. Northeast Alabama had a weaker 5A region, but not the one Muscle Shoals was in.
But I do acknowledge that region did not have many Div 1 prospects.
Got feedback from high school coaches...
