Not bashing you because I do the same thing when i skim an article but he (Flowers) said that he would have a decision this weekend.

You know, I also expected to lose a couple of current players due the change in the "culture" and expectations of the new staff, but now I'm wondering if I didn't short change the kids and underestimate their desire and "want to" to have some structure. Though the workouts will most certainly be more demanding (and from what we're hearing, they are) and the coaches certainly won't take less than their best efforts, instead of running kids off, we may see a new level of maturity and responsibility among the current players. Of course I may be far off the mark (wouldn't be the first time), but I know my attitude has certainly changed for the better - why should I expect less from them?
