Do we have a genuine shot at any "game changer" coaching staff? Even with big paychecks on the line, who might seriously consider leaving their current situation be it retired, college or NFL? As an old, retired military guy I have concerns as to the extent to which the current situation is a function of player motivation vs coaching ability. It goes without saying that Tre wrote the book on never say die. Like it or not but remember what saban said about convincing ordinary guys that they are the best - they believe it and perform as such - we do not have this mindset. Do we have a realistic chance at anyone with this ability?
