My gut says Brent signs with Auburn. This is not an original thought (saw it posted once on another board) but makes logical sense to me ... Peaches is not pushing his kid to the dark side. Brent made a committment to Bama which he later changed to Auburn. Peaches wanted Brent to visit Bama last weekend to force Brent to stand tall, look the Bama coaches in the eye and explain why he changed his committment. Is it possible that Peaches simply wanted to teach Brent that a man's word is important? In the end, Brent will go where his heart leads.

Ha! Well, thanks! My husband said the same thing when we met, couldn't believe he found a girl that watched sportscenter, understood the playaction pass and the infield fly rule. However, I'm afraid that over the years my serious addiction to all things Auburn Football drives him straight up crazy. When practice starts in August he starts bracing himself for the mania. And, by the way, he's a Dawg, too. He won't even watch football with me anymore. The second week in November is always a bit touchy around our house. Aaahhh, the sacrifices we make for the ones we love! WDE!

Ha! Is that a coincidence or what? Well, we finally had our time in the lime-light this past November. I hope we have many more opportunities to celebrate that weekend in the coming years. Much to my wife's displeasure, I have grown to HATE UGA over the last several years. She supports AU a lot, but she doesn't understand why I don't do the same. I guess I'm a bad husband. I know you are just as proud of the National Championship as I am. My playing days were rough times for the program; I'm so proud to see us where we are. Keep posting and cheering us on! WE!

I loathe Georgia, but I live 2 hours from Athens so it's all thuga all the time. I've disdained them since they beat us my last home game as a Senior at AU when their defense wouldn't get off the pile at the goal line in '92 and I sat there and watched the time click off. When did you play?
