The Bodda Getta

I am still having issues accessing certain articles or attachments on topics on the mobile site. What I have noticed is if the attachment icon does not have a blue arrow beside it, I can access it. However, if the blue arrow is there, the link to the attachment is not even highlighted and therefore I cannot access it. I have this issue whether it is a standard cell connection or wi-fi. This has been going on since last week and just wondering if anyone had any ideas on what could be going wrong. I have an I-phone, and others with I-phones and droids were having the same issues. Any ideas?
