I guess the difference between us is that I can't leave. I want to do that. I'd like to make that kind of statement until Jacobs is removed. But the bottom line is I love Auburn too much. Am I frustrated about Jay Jacobs? You damn right I am. I think he has ruined our Athletic Department. Now, let's see if Gus actually gets to run his true offense. Let's see what role Bolt will have from now on and why is Tim Jackson still an employee at Auburn period?
Why does Jacobs not lower prices involved with the games and tailgating and all of that kind of stuff? Don't the Auburn faithful deserve some kind of discount for a 3-9 season, a basketball program that hasn't been good for years, and a baseball team that has completely fallen apart? Instead, we get a letter that implies we should be thankful prices are going to stay where they are as if they are doing us a favor.
Honestly, that's hard to support. It's hard to watch that individual continue in that manner and keep ruining things in my eyes. Jay Jacobs needs to be put out of our beloved program. But, I'll still be with Auburn in the end. It is painful to see us in this state but I'd rather hurt next to my Auburn family than hurt by myself. I'd rather say I love the school forever and state I hate what the administration has done. And, I will continue to be that loud voice until I'm either dead or the administration has been changed. Still, I can't leave Auburn after all is said and done my love for it is too great.

There is a difference between being loyal and "blind loyalty." Wake up - even Arkansas made big news with its head coaching hire. The college football world is laughing at us and our "committee". We did not need a committe to get Gus - no one else wanted him. We could have just called over to Arkansas State or sent a car over. We are last place in the West and will be for a long long time. I wanted us to hire the best man available - but we continue to settle for less and let Dye and JJ run us into the ground. I will not be "loyal" to this. This would be being a fool.

I have loved Auburn since the earliest days I can remember. I have gone to games for over 40 years. This is a very sad day. AU is letting a drunken ex-coach and his former players who know nothing about administering an athletic department run our once proud athletic deparment into the ground. I will not set foot at a single Auburn athletic event or give one day to the University for athletics and/or academics until these cancers are removed from places of power. We did not hire the best coach available yet the University wants us "all in" and to give more and more. I say enough - I am done until we clean the athletic department of the filth.
