I think it might do the opposite...
Imagine a scenario where you hire someone to do work on your house. About halfway through they realize they don't have a tool that is unnecessary to complete the work. They tell you they are sorry and that they will go get the tool and come back tomorrow to finish the job.
Imagine the same scenario, but this time the guy has the tool but refuses to get the tool out of his truck, and then tells you he has to come back tomorrow...
Which one would you be more likely to hire again?

Auburn HAS to finish 5-7 to save that idiot's job. I'm sorry didn't mean idiot.... I meant that wonderful man who is a good person but just can't coach. I really hope we don't hire another "good" person.
